Obituary of Diane Marie Gruszka

Diane M. Gruszka, 87 of Rotonda West, FL passed away on Sunday June 19, 2022.

She was born January 30, 1935 in Chicago, IL to Fred and Freida (Zimmerman) Kuensting.

Diane was a devoted wife of the late Leonard E. Gruszka for 66 years.

She worked many years as an office manager for Advanced Aluminum in Port Charlotte before retiring. Both Diane and Leonard had lived in Rotonda West for the last 22 years.

Survivors include her daughter: Lori White (Gerald) of Hopkinsville, KY; two grandchildren: Nicole and Kayla; five great-grandchildren: Reese, Bailey, Perry, Corby and Ellie. A step-granddaughter: Melissa and two step-grandsons: Taylor and Hunter. She was preceded in death by her oldest daughter Susan Gruszka.

The family has requested no service but will gather privately to celebrate her life.

In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to the Animal Welfare League of Charlotte County 3519 Drance St. Port Charlotte, FL 33980.
