Alma "Irene" Vener 89, of Englewood, FL passed away Sunday, November 21, 2010.
She was born on May 21, 1921 in Alberta, Canada to Albertus and Annie (Reed) McElroy.
Mrs. Vener moved to Englewood from Hollywood, FL in 1995. She was a member of Fellowship Church.
She is survived by her son; Martin (Diane) Vener of Englewood: a sister; Eleanor Benedetto of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; six grandchildren: Ron, Wendy, Tonia, Reed, Matt and Lauren and three great grandchildren: Erin, Jack and Max.
