Obituary of Wanda Costa

Wanda Iris Costa, 46, of Rotonda West passed away Sunday, April 25, 2010 at her residence with her loving family at her side. Born on January 14, 1964 in Anasco, Puerto Rico she had been a resident of Charlotte County for 4 years coming from Glen Burnie, MD. Wanda was a member of Englewood United Methodist Church where she participated in many church activities, taught Sunday School and at one time was the Choir Director. Mrs. Costa was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed singing, dancing, reading, writing and all forms of puzzles. She made the best homemade chocolates. As her daughter's would say, "she was a domestic goddess". She is survived by her husband of 24 years; Steven: her two daughters; Kristiana and Margarita all of Rotonda West: her parents; Iris Rodriguez of Panama City Beach, Fl and Pedro Rodriguez of Puerto Rico: two sisters; Jacqueline Levy of Glen Burnie, MD, Yvette Valenti of Panama City Beach, FL and one brother; Peter Rodford of Woodbridge, VA. A Memorial Service will be held at Englewood United Methodist Church 700 E. Dearborn St. Englewood, FL 34223 on Thursday, April 29th at 11:00 A.M. in the Sanctuary.
