Obituary of Richard L. Bader

Richard Law Bader, 75 of Englewood died Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at his Charlotte county residence. He was born October 13, 1934 in Jamaica, NY. Richard has been a resident of Charlotte County since 1980 coming from Huntsville, TX. He served in the US Navy as a submariner for 23 years retiring as a Sr. Chief Hospital Corpsman. He was a member of Community Presbyterian Church in Englewood. Survivors include his wife of 24 years; Carol A. Bader of Englewood: three daughters; Ruth Myers of Huntsville, TX. Beverly Jan Bader of Blairsville, GA., Terry Roberson of Maypearll, TX: two step-daughters; Clare Tarcha of Steamboat Springs, CO., Ann Banting of Englewood, FL: one step-son; Vincent Cennamo, III of Calverton, NY: twelve grandchildren and five great grandchildren. A Graveside service with Military Honors will be held at Oakwood Cemetery in Huntsville, TX. at a later date.
