I am so sorry to hear of Emery's passing. I considered him a friend and worked many days and nights with him. A better man did not exist.
Farewell my friend.

Dear Cheryl and David
I am so sorry to hear of Em's passing. I remember the days at Dr. Krevsky's office, Grandma Mayleth babysitting Joey and Joey calling Em- Mr. Policeman. Mary and her Youth Dew! These are some fine memories.
Mary and Em were like family and I am truly saddened to learn of your loss. Hold close those memories and know that you will be together again one day. You have my sympathy and my prayers

Cheryl, Please know that my family is praying for you and your family during this difficult time. We were so sad to find out about this because it is always impossibly hard to lose a parent. My parents both understand exactly how you are feeling right now. Please let us know if there is anything we can do. Love, Jen

I was saddened to hear of your loss.
Please know how sorry I am.
I knew Mary and Emery from K-Mart
at Merchants Crossing. I worked at the
service desk. They always came in and
gave me a hug. And when I bumped
into them at Publics.
They were a lovely couple and I am
happy I knew them. I miss those hugs.
Sincerely,
Melinda Miller

i am so sorry for your loss. i first met emery and mary at publix. they would come in every week to shop. i knew them thru the years and continued to keep in contact with them even after i left publix. they both loved my two girls and always enjoyed my visits, espeically when they were little babies!! i was upset when mary passed away, and knew it must be hard for him to live alone after they had been married so long. then along came helen. i used to deliver his mail once inawhile, and delivered their correspondence back and forth. although i never did actually meet her. i will always remember emery for his kind and caring heart. he cared/worried about others before himself. he will be missed so much!! i am just lucky to have had him in my life. your family will be in my prayers and may you find comfort in knowing that one day you will be reunited once again!!

To Helen and Dear Emerys family, I was so sorry to read this in the newspaper. It was hard to lose Mary just a couple years ago and now Emery too. I want you all to know how SPECIAL they were to me. Mary gave me an inner strength to bear the load of losing my mom to cancer in the same year. I pray all your hearts will heal. I feel blessed to have had them in my life. Sincerely, Midge (from Publix)
