Sandy and Family,
Our most recent memory ofTom (& we have alot) is when he was in the hospital and he said when he gets out and goes golfing again that he wanted to take a small tank of oxygen with him because it will give him more strength and energy to hit that long drive. Well, now Tom is up there and has all the oxygen he wants and is driving those golf balls way out there. Tiger can't even touch them. You know he's having a great time as he wipes his club off with his "Terrible Towel." He truly will be missed. Love you Sandy, and remember we are always here for you. Take care. Love, Ruth & Larry Oberlin

Mrs. Buchan and family, you have our deepset sympathies during this very difficult time. Tom was a wonderful friend to my dad. although they had their "spats", my dad always had great things to say about Tom. I think back with a smile on my face the day my dad and Tom had an argument at your house and my dad got so mad he walked home. He truely misses Tom as do the rest of us.
Thank you Tom for being a wonderful "boss" and friend to my dad, for that you will always have a special place in my heart.
God bless,
Jim Kopera Jr.

Sandy,
I am sorry for your loss of Tom. He was a great guy and I will always remember the good times we had together in J-town.I know you will miss him terribly, but I am glad you have your family to support you during these times. I feel bad that I never got to Florida to see you guys. Kathy and I have not left Michigan in 2 years (other that to PA), but we had planned to stop by when we got down that way. Love, Jack

Sandy, we were shocked and very saddened to hear of Tom's death. You both have been great neighbors to us over the past 3 1/2 years. Tom would always keep an eye out on our house and that crazy lawn and report back to us in Maryland. It was very comforting to know someone was watching out and cared for us. He was a great person to chat with and we will miss him greatly. Our prayers are with you and your family. John and Marsha

Sandy,
Very sad to hear about Tom. I worked for him in the late 70's. He seemed gruff on the outside but would really do anything for someone. Lerned a lot about business from Tom and he is probably the driving force that has me where I am today. Take Care.

Mrs. Buchan, Rhonda, Beth, and Lesley, our deepest condolences.
Mr. Buchan was tough yet always so kind to me. He will always have a special place in my heart. Remember how patient he was trying to get me up on skis at Deep Creek? He kept circling the boat around, and around.
Every time I watch Star Trek, I aways think about how serious he was at that movie, I made him so mad! Vejar! (don't forget to make a V sign with your fingers).
God Bless Mr. Buchan, and your family.

To Sandy and the entire family:
Our prayers and thoughts are with you at this trying time. Try to remember this everytime you look up at the stars at night:
"Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy. ~Author Unknown"
We will always remember all the help and hard work Tom graciously gave us every year with our "ParrotHead Party".
Sandy and family, remember this always:
"To live in hearts we leave behind
Is not to die."
~Thomas Campbell
Tom you will be missed but always in our hearts.
