Obituary of W. Ivan McClary
Wilmont Ivan McClary, 71 of Port Charlotte, FL formerly of Kennesaw, GA passed away Thursday, March 26, 2009.
He was born May 14, 1937 in Charleston, S.C. to Wilmont and Helen (Jamison) McClary.
Mr. McClary served in the U.S. Army from 1959 to 1965. He was the vice District Manager of S.P. Richards office supply based in Atlanta, Ga. for 30 years. He moved to Florida in December from Atlanta, GA. To be cared for by his devoted daughter Mimi.
Ivan enjoyed golfing, boating and NASCAR.
Survivors include his daughter Mimi (Ernie) Oskey of Port Charlotte, FL; two sisters: Lynn (Dave) Keller of Cape Coral, FL Marie Cross of San Antonio, TX ; one grandson Austin Oskey of Port Charlotte, FL and his girlfriend Jennifer Klotzer.
Family requests contributions be made in Ivan's memory to Tidewell Hospice & Palliative Care 5955 Rand Blvd. Sarasota, FL 34238.
