Obituary of Arthur Brassard

Arthur Charles Brassard, 81, of Englewood died Thursday, February 5, 2009 at his Charlotte County residence with his family by his side. Born on September 19, 1927 in Schenectady, NY. He had been a resident of Florida for over 30 years. Arthur retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1974 as a Master Sergeant with 30 years of service. His last duty station was Eglin Air Force Base. Survivors include his wife; Jane Brassard: son; Arthur C. Brassard, Jr. of Schenectady, NY: daughter; Sesselja "Sessy" Brassard-Hazzard of Clarksville, MD; two brothers; Richard Brassard of Englewood, Ralph Brassard of Apalachian, NY and Lakeland; sister: Barbara Smith of Schenectady, NY and Englewood and two grandchildren; Elliot and Emily.
