Jason Layne

Obituary of Jason Layne

After a long and courageous battle against cancer, Jason Chester Layne passed away at home,
surrounded by his wife of almost 25 years, his beautiful children and loving mother. He was brought
into this world on April 16,1969 and he entered heaven on November 22, 2022 at the age of 53.

Jason was a living example of humility and integrity and was the most genuine and honest man you
could ever meet. He was a devout Christian man who loved others, unconditionally, and would always put others' needs ahead of his own. He worked in finance most of his adult life and had a work ethic that went well above and beyond the call of duty, yet never complained and was happy and proud to be a provider for his family.

For those who were blessed to know Jason, your life was undoubtedly made better because of that
relationship. Jason always made others feel important or special. He was the best fishing guide to his
friends and family and there was no better day than a day "on the water". Whether it be fishing,
swimming, scuba diving, skiing or any other water activity Jason was happy on the water, in any
capacity!

Jason is survived by his wife, Suzanne, his children Chad, Cecily (Geoff), Haylee and Gabriel; His
grandchildren George, Malachi and lsabella; His mother, Linda; his siblings Sheila (Abraham), Annette
(Don) and Jeremy (Jacqueline). He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, great nieces and
nephews and countless friends to which he has also left an impact on.

lf you have been loved by Jason, you have been blessed. His greatest wish is to see you all in heaven
again someday.

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in
Him shall not perish but have everlasting life".
