Jason was a wonderful brother, always there when I needed him. So many memories of all the summers at the cottage, playing king of the raft ( sometimes I was able to get him in if I clung onto his legs usually he just would just pry me off and throw me in). All the waterskiing, Jason would barefoot ski, ride the air-chair, flip around on the knee boards. He was no angel at times growing up. He shot darts at my dolls, or Richie and him threw frogs at Christy and I. In Elementary school I remember all our Sundays and Wednesday’s at church. Mom would make us go and I am so thankful she did.
Our school lunches were in a paper bag that had an apple, (that always fell out of the bottom of the bag on the walk to school), a sandwich, something from the Hostess store, and a dime for milk. Great great minds think alike, and I found his stash of dimes in his palm tree and fish wallpapered room. It was about a years worth of dimes, and I had a stash of dimes as well.
In high school I would cheer for his football games, spend all day at wrestling meets, many times he would pin his opponents on under a min becoming 6th and 3rd in the state. I remember him running up and down the stairs all night in a full body wet suit to sweat out the weight. All the nights Gresh, Froggie, Panther, Ellis, Land, Dale hung out playing pool and ping pong. He was well liked and Homecoming King.
The biggest accomplishments would be his faith, marriage of almost 25 years to Sue ( I cannot imagine a better teammate) and raising a beautiful family.
Don, Samantha, Nick and I will always remember our boat rides with Jason, Sue, and the kids.
The best gift that he left us was us knowing he is in the arms of Jesus.
Till we meet again,
Annette

Jason was an amazing, loving, kind, awesome man. He will surely be missed. I loved his smile that he alway seemed to have.I loved the letters he used to send out for Christmas keeping us updated on his family. He was so proud of all of them. Praying for peace and comfort for Suzanne and family. Lots of love, Aunt Judy
