I knew Barb through her daughter, Julia. Her support of her daughter's dreams and ambitions was heartwarming. Can you imagine the number of horse shows she had attended?!! Her strength of character runs throughout all of Barb's family. She loved her roll as grandma & great-grandma. Barb will be sorely missed by the many friends and family she had, including me.

My mother was a courageous woman! First Female installer for Michigan bell,a fantastic horse show mother who hugged that rail for me all over the US. She was the superintendent of the horse barns in charge at the Kalamazoo County fair. A devoted grand mother and great grandmother. Great card player ,and never leave her alone with your puzzle, she will ha e it done . I talked to her almost everyday and will miss her so very much. She was one of the good ones lord please hold her gently now.
