Meredith Child Terrio June 20, 1934 - February 7, 2021 Born in Swampscott, MA; died in Englewood, FL. Daughter of the late Hayden and Florence Colburn Child. Wife of the late Charles Robert Terrio. Long time partner of the Late Randall Beachner. Mother to David, Cynthia Abbott, Todd and his wife Sherry. Grandmother of Adam Grant and his wiofe Ellen, Alexandra Abbott, Robert Castro-Terrio and great grandmother of Eily Grant. Merrie Grew up on the North Shore in MA and lived in the Bay Area, CA; Readfield, ME; Marietta, GA and Englewood, FL. She loved life and was set on another 30 or 40 years of it. She so enjoyed her friends and parties. Bridge, reading, concerts and theater, enjoying the Englewood Beach and planning her frequent travels kept her busy in later years. With her family in earlier days, she was always game for adventures of sailing, skiing and golfing. She was religious about enjoying a good drink and good friends at 5 PM. She will be missed.
