Liborio "Bud" J. Ventimiglia, 89, of Englewood, Florida entered into Gods Kingdom on Friday, May 15, 2020.
Born on June 26, 1930 in Rochester, New York to the late Anthony and Michlina LaNigra Ventimiglia he graduated Monroe Community College with his Associate Degree in Police Science. He retired in 1989 from the Irondequoit Police Department in New York after thirty-one years of service.
A member of the Irondequoit Police Night Stick Club, he served as President for five years and a member of the Police Conference of NY.
He is preceded in death by his parents, loving wife of sixty-four years Elizabeth, and brother, Leonard.
Survivors include two sons: Anthony (Martha), Robert (Lauren) Ventimiglia and one daughter: Leeann (Russell) LeVecchi; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; sister-in-law: Jean (John) Stone.
A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date in Rochester with inurnment in the Irondequoit Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice in memory of Liborio Ventimiglia.
