Obituary of Stephen Vasas

Stephen J. Vasas Stephen John Vasas, 83, of Englewood, FL died Saturday, June 7, 2008. He was born March 28, 1925 in Hungry, to Stephen and Ilona (Engi) Vasas. Stephen moved to Englewood from Cleveland, OH 20 years ago. He retired from his own business as a Jeweler. Mr. Vasas was a Communicant at St. Francis of Assisi Church and a member of the Hungarian Club. He is survived by his wife of 58 years; Mary: four children; Rita (Frank) Kuhar of Cleveland, OH., Stephen (Dorothy) Vasas of Mentor, OH., Lucy Rhodes of E. Lake, OH., Dianne Demell of Mentor, OH.: one brother; George Vasas of Gilchrist, OR and eight grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis of Assisi Church 5265 Placida Rd. Grove City, Fl 34224 with interment of his Ashes in the Church Memorial Garden on Friday, June 28, 2008 at 10:00 AM.
